Oshkosh is in Wisconsin, in the Midwest, where summers are warm, winters are cold and snowy, and most errands are done by car; businesses keep steady year-round hours with the usual holiday changes. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Oshkosh follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

I would give this 0 stars if I could. We brought our 2016 Peterbilt to the Fond du Lac location with a recurring rear axle issue after an initial visit to their Oshkosh shop. Upon arrival, we explicitly told the service manager that our home mechanic had diagnosed a cracked rear differential housing and that we wanted it replaced. My husband told them, "money is no issue," and to order everything needed for a complete repair. Despite this clear request, the mechanics did not replace the housing. They charged us thousands of dollars and told us the existing housing was "good." Trusting their assessment and paying them our money, we drove the truck back to Iowa. Only 1,500 miles later, the same issue occurred, and our home mechanic confirmed the housing is, in fact, cracked. This direct failure to follow our specific instructions resulted in our truck being inoperable for a total of 17 days, costing our small transport business thousands of dollars in lost income. The companyβs offer of a small "goodwill" payment was insulting, as it was nowhere near the cost of the repair needed to fix the issue they failed to address in the first place. I am deeply disappointed by the bad servi

They performed unauthorized and unsafe repairs on my commercial truck. They then failed to disclose their unauthorized repairs. Sending us on the road in a truck with no brake lights. They performed an unauthorized βrepairβ. They bypassed my brake light controller so my truck didnβt have brake lights. They never disclosed this to me. They then repeatedly lied to cover it up. First lie, they said the tech tested them and the brake light worked when it left the shop. When I proved that wrong with a picture of wires left hanging. They tried to say Tabitha called and I authorized the repair to bypass my brake lights. That was lie number 2, they didnβt attempt to contact me from when we dropped it off until it was βdoneβ. Lie number 3 was that Tabitha left a voicemail for me that stated the brake controller was bypassed and the brake lights didnβt work. Lies 1 and 2 totally contradict each other. First they tried to say it worked when it left the shop. Then immediately switched to they told me about the problem. I have the voicemail and will attach it to this review. It mentions nothing about the shoddy repairs or inoperative brake lights. On top of that they ignored me for 4 days. Then

Thought my air dryer was bad on my 17 cascadia so took it in and they got right on it. They figured out it was just a part in it and instead of taking it down to my yard who would've just replaced the whole dryer and cost me more money, they saved me big time. Let me know about other services I've been looking at getting done so I'm definitely coming back here. I highly recommend this shop over river states, truck country, and Boyer/Transwest.

Pete and his guys were awesome! I was in a big bind and they were eager to help. They were able to get me back on the road the same day. Pricing was also fair. I would definitely recommend these guys. Thanks again!
